alone.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\">In GRIT\u2122, authenticity becomes meaningful when it moves beyond inner feeling and begins to shape visible decisions, relationships, leadership, work, and GRIT\u2122 research program is the AI \u00d7 AI\u00b2\u2122 paradigm.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p4\">In this view:<\/p>\n<p class=\"p5\"><b>Artificial Intelligence expands capability.<\/b><span class=\"s2\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span class=\"s1\"><b>Authentic Intelligence \u2014 AI\u00b2\u2122 \u2014 expands responsibility.<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p4\">AI can analyze, generate, optimize, predict, and accelerate.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p4\">But AI does not remove the human question.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p4\">It makes it sharper.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p4\">What kind of human being is using the tool?<\/p>\n<p class=\"p4\">What kind of leader is making the decision?<\/p>\n<p class=\"p4\">What kind of organization is defining the goal?<\/p>\n<p class=\"p4\">What kind of ethical infrastructure guides the use of power?<\/p>\n<p class=\"p4\">The paper argues that progress in the age of AI cannot depend only on more advanced algorithms.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\">It also depends on the cultivation
