Impact Effective With Nader
If one day in the middle of living, what you call life leaves your hand, it is very important that you do not leave your hand and stay kind to yourself! And at least you do not leave yourself alone!

January 2025
Welcome to the podcast “Impact Effective With Nader”. This podcast was born from my interest and passion for producing inspiring and original content, in audio and video. In this first episode, I would like to introduce myself and answer an important question that has always guided the path of my life:
How can we stay on the path of our dreams, learn from challenges and be effective in our own lives and inspire others?
My life story is like a journey; a journey that I love with all its ups and downs. Because I have lived every moment with all its difficulties and challenges and have overcome many obstacles. Today I have come to believe that growth and progress in life happen for two reasons: first, problems that at first glance do not seem solvable, and second, passion that cannot be stopped!
My life experience is a combination of the two; limitations and challenges that have become a kind of bridge to create passion and change in my life. This podcast, as a shared space, aims to explore this journey and show how life's obstacles can be used as a starting point for growth and impact.
My goal with this podcast is to share with you impactful stories, moments of change and resilience, and to help you gain a better understanding of how we can make a positive impact in our lives. Our goal is to create a space for learning, growth, and synergy, and together we seek big changes in our lives.
Our vision is to produce content on the impactful impact in relationships, society, and career, and to speak specifically to the most specialized methods in the field of business development, training, and coaching of influential managers in international business.

Impact Effective in Relationships with Nader
In this episode of “Impact Effective with Nader”, we deeply dive into Jungian psychology to explore how the collective unconscious and archetypes influence our relationships.
Have you ever noticed certain repetitive behaviors in your relationships without knowing where they originated? These patterns may be rooted in the collective unconscious! Jung believed that we inherit shared human experiences throughout history, which shape our choices and emotions.
In this episode, you’ll learn:
What is the collective unconscious, and how does it affect our lives?
How do Jungian archetypes (such as the Hero, the Shadow, the Mother, and the Wise Old Man) shape our relationships?
How do inner conflicts create challenges or foster growth in our romantic, professional, and social relationships?
How can we become more self-aware by recognizing these patterns?
Key Quote of the Episode:
“Many of our choices in relationships are unconsciously influenced by deep-rooted patterns from the past. Recognizing these patterns is the first step toward positive change.”
