Rare Inner Code Session

A 90-minute structured coaching conversation for Inner Rare Authenticity, decision clarity, and responsible action

The Rare Inner Code Session is a structured 90-minute coaching conversation based on Global Rare Impact Coaching — GRIC™ and the Rare Inner Code Discovery Protocol — Coaching Edition — RICDP-C™.

It is designed for people who are facing a meaningful decision, transition, leadership question, or inner misalignment — and want to understand more clearly where their next decision is coming from.

At the center of the session is one question:

From where inside myself am I about to decide?

The session helps the client explore the distance between the roles they may be performing and the deeper inner truth they may be ready to live from.

It is not designed to give ready-made answers.

It is designed to create a structured, reflective space where the client can see more clearly, name what is emerging, and translate insight into one responsible next step.

What this session is

The Rare Inner Code Session is a coaching and self-awareness conversation.

It is based on the GRIT™ framework, the GRIC™ coaching architecture, the R.A.R.E™ lens, and the RICDP-C™ protocol.

The session helps the client reflect on:

  • current life or work context
  • meaningful decisions or tensions
  • roles that may no longer feel fully true
  • pressure, fear, habit, or imitation behind decisions
  • authentic moments where the client felt more alive and honest
  • repeated patterns that create misalignment
  • values that feel non-negotiable
  • the early language of the client’s Rare Inner Code
  • one practical next step for the next seven and thirty days

The session does not place the client into a fixed type.

It does not define the client from the outside.

It helps the client begin to observe, name, and test the inner pattern of awareness, values, lived experience, and contribution potential that may already be present within them.

Who this session is for

This session may be relevant for people who sense that something inside needs to become more honest, clear, and aligned.

It may be useful for:

  • reflective leaders under decision pressure
  • founders and entrepreneurs
  • coaches, consultants, and educators
  • professionals in transition
  • people navigating work, identity, leadership, or direction questions
  • individuals who feel externally functional but internally misaligned
  • people who have tried advice, motivation, or personality tests but still want a deeper, more structured conversation
  • globally minded individuals who want their next decision to come from Inner Rare Authenticity rather than pressure, fear, imitation, or borrowed roles

This session may be especially relevant when the client is not only asking:

What should I do next?

But also:

Who am I becoming through the way I decide?

What this session is not

The Rare Inner Code Session is not therapy.

It is not psychotherapy.

It is not psychiatry.

It is not clinical diagnosis.

It is not medical, psychological, legal, financial, or therapeutic advice.

It is not crisis intervention.

It does not promise healing, transformation, success, income, performance, or a specific life outcome.

It does not claim to solve all life challenges in 90 minutes.

It is a structured coaching conversation for reflection, self-awareness, decision clarity, and responsible action.

If you require medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, financial, or clinical support, please consult an appropriately qualified professional.

Before the session

Before the live session, the client may be invited to complete a reflective intake form.

The purpose of the intake is not to diagnose or evaluate the client.

It helps the client begin inner observation before the conversation and gives the coach qualitative material for deep listening and structured reflection.

The intake may include questions about:

  • the client’s current context
  • the decision or tension they want to explore
  • where they feel most aligned or misaligned
  • moments in life when they felt authentic, present, and alive
  • values they do not want to trade away
  • repeated patterns that keep returning
  • areas of personal, relational, or professional pressure
  • what they hope becomes clearer by the end of the session

The client is encouraged to choose a quiet, private space for the session and to arrive with openness, but without pressure to share anything they do not want to share.

What happens in the 90-minute session

The session is structured, but human.

It follows the client’s lived experience while using the RICDP-C™ pathway to keep the conversation clear, ethical, and grounded.

0–10 minutes — Safe field, human contract, and intention

The session begins by creating a respectful and bounded coaching space.

The coach clarifies the scope of the work, confidentiality boundaries, and the non-therapeutic nature of the session.

The client names what they would like to see more clearly by the end of the conversation.

This intention becomes the guiding point of the session.

10–25 minutes — Current story and Real layer

The client shares the current story, situation, decision, or tension.

The coach listens for:

  • roles being performed
  • pressure behind decisions
  • repeated patterns
  • energy drains
  • authentic signals
  • hidden costs
  • places where the client feels more alive, honest, or present

The purpose is not to judge the story.

The purpose is to see it more clearly.

25–55 minutes — R.A.R.E™ reflective journey

The conversation moves through the R.A.R.E™ lens:

Real — What is actually happening?
Authentic — What feels honest beneath the surface?
Relevant — What matters in this context?
Evolving — What is asking to grow or change responsibly?

This part of the session helps the client move from surface description toward deeper awareness.

The client may begin to notice where they are living from pressure, fear, habit, or role — and where a more authentic inner signal is already present.

55–75 minutes — Rare Inner Code mirroring and initial Code Sheet

The coach reflects emerging themes, values, tensions, authentic moments, and possible Rare Inner Code language.

The client begins shaping an initial expression of their Rare Inner Code.

This may include:

  • an emerging Rare Inner Code statement
  • authentic moments
  • non-negotiable values
  • repeated patterns
  • early signs of alignment and misalignment
  • core YES commitments
  • core NO boundaries

The Code Sheet is not a fixed label.

It is a living reflection for practice.

The client remains the primary author of meaning.

75–85 minutes — Seven-day micro-experiment and 30-day alignment direction

The conversation moves from insight to practice.

The client identifies one small action, decision, boundary, conversation, or experiment that can make inner clarity visible in daily life.

The focus is not dramatic change.

The focus is visible coherence.

The client may also define a simple 30-day alignment direction connected to their Rare Inner Code.

85–90 minutes — Golden Insight and next responsible step

The session closes by naming:

  • one central insight
  • one decision point
  • one next responsible action
  • one thing to observe after the session

The client leaves with a clearer relationship to the next step.

The session does not end with pressure.

It ends with a grounded invitation to practice.

What the client may receive after the session

Depending on the session context and selected format, the client may receive a concise reflective summary or post-session material.

This may include:

  • an initial Rare Inner Code conceptual report
  • an emerging Rare Inner Code statement
  • a summary of key insights from the session
  • authentic moments and non-negotiable values
  • a R.A.R.E™ reflection map
  • core YES commitments
  • core NO boundaries
  • one seven-day micro-experiment
  • a 30-day alignment map
  • one Observable Impact marker
  • a brief written or audio reflection from the coach, if included in the format

These materials are reflective and developmental.

They are not diagnostic, clinical, therapeutic, or fixed identity documents.

The 30-day alignment practice

After the session, the client may continue with a simple 30-day alignment practice.

This practice helps the client observe whether inner clarity is becoming visible in daily life.

The client may track:

  • one authentic choice each day
  • the feeling that followed that choice
  • the level of alignment with Inner Rare Authenticity
  • one weekly reflection
  • one small correction for the next week
  • one decision that feels more coherent than before

The purpose of the 30-day practice is not perfection.

It is observation.

It helps the client notice whether the Rare Inner Code is beginning to shape real decisions, relationships, work, and responsibility.

The role of the coach

In this session, the coach is not a therapist, rescuer, judge, guru, or authority over the client’s life.

The coach acts as:

  • a reflective mirror
  • a deep listener
  • a conversation architect
  • a structured inquiry partner
  • a facilitator between the client’s lived experience and the GRIT™ framework

The coach does not tell the client who they are.

The coach does not impose a life direction.

The coach helps the client listen more clearly to what may already be emerging from within.

The role of the client

The client remains responsible for their own interpretation, decisions, actions, and life context.

The client chooses what to share.

The client chooses what not to share.

The client chooses whether and how to act after the session.

The session supports clarity, but it does not replace the client’s agency.

Who may not be suitable for this session

This session may not be suitable for someone who is looking for:

  • clinical treatment
  • trauma therapy
  • psychiatric support
  • medical advice
  • legal or financial advice
  • crisis support
  • a guaranteed answer
  • someone else to make decisions for them
  • a promise that life will change after one session

If the client is experiencing acute distress, risk of harm, or clinical needs, they should contact qualified professionals or emergency support in their location.

A simple way to understand the session

The Rare Inner Code Session does not ask:

How can I become someone else?

It asks:

What becomes possible when I return to the part of myself that remains honest beneath pressure, fear, imitation, and borrowed roles?

The session is not a final answer.

It is a beginning.

A structured return to Inner Rare Authenticity.

A conversation that helps clarity become practice.
