RICDP-C™ Protocol

Rare Inner Code Discovery Protocol — Coaching Edition

RICDP-C™ stands for:

Rare Inner Code Discovery Protocol — Coaching Edition

It is the structured coaching protocol within Global Rare Impact Coaching — GRIC™.

RICDP-C™ is designed to help a person reflect on roles, lived experience, values, authentic moments, repeated patterns, decision pressure, and the early expression of their Rare Inner Code — RIC™.

It is a bounded, non-therapeutic coaching pathway for reflection, decision clarity, Inner Rare Authenticity, and responsible action.

What the protocol is designed to support

RICDP-C™ may support:

  • self-awareness
  • reflective inquiry
  • role awareness
  • pattern recognition
  • value recognition
  • decision clarity
  • inner alignment
  • responsible action

It is not designed to diagnose, treat, prescribe, or replace professional care.

It creates a structured space where a person can see more clearly and choose more responsibly.

The central question

At the heart of RICDP-C™ is one question:

From where inside myself am I making the next decision?

This question helps the client explore whether a decision is being shaped by fear, pressure, imitation, habit, borrowed roles, or a deeper place of Inner Rare Authenticity.

The purpose is not to force a dramatic transformation.

The purpose is to make inner clarity visible in the next responsible step.

Before the session: reflective intake

Before the live coaching session, the client may complete a reflective intake form.

This intake helps the client begin inner observation before the conversation.

It may explore:

  • current life or work context
  • meaningful decisions or tensions
  • places where the client feels misaligned
  • moments where the client felt authentic and alive
  • values that feel non-negotiable
  • repeated patterns
  • areas of personal, relational, or professional pressure
  • what the client hopes to see more clearly by the end of the session

The intake is not a diagnostic tool.

It gives the coach qualitative material for listening, pattern recognition, and structured reflection.

The RICDP-C™ pathway

RICDP-C™ may be understood as a structured pathway with five core movements.

One — Informed consent and landing

The session begins by clarifying the coaching scope, the client’s autonomy, confidentiality boundaries, and the purpose of the session.

The client is free to choose what to share and what not to share.

The coaching space is respectful, reflective, and bounded.

The first task is not analysis.

The first task is presence.

Two — Unmasking

The conversation explores the distance between:

who I am

and

whom I perform as.

This phase looks at roles, expectations, pressure points, social masks, and the places where the client may feel externally functional but internally misaligned.

The aim is not to judge the roles.

The aim is to see where the client may have learned to live from performance instead of inner truth.

Three — Pattern extraction

The coach and client explore recurring patterns across work, relationships, decisions, feedback, and repeated tensions.

The purpose is to notice what keeps returning.

This may include:

  • repeated choices
  • avoided decisions
  • energy-draining situations
  • moments of inner aliveness
  • pressure-based decisions
  • values that keep appearing
  • places where the client becomes smaller than their real capacity

Pattern extraction is not labeling.

It is a way of seeing the hidden structure behind repeated life and work decisions.

Four — Rare Inner Code identification

The client begins to articulate an initial Rare Inner Code formulation in plain language.

This is a working statement, not a fixed identity claim.

It may include:

  • who the client is when they are most honest and alive
  • what they repeatedly protect, value, or serve
  • what kind of contribution feels meaningful
  • what decision pattern becomes more coherent when they return to inner clarity
  • what becomes visible when fear, imitation, and borrowed roles become quieter

The coach may mirror emerging language, themes, values, and tensions.

The client remains the primary author of the meaning.

Five — 30-day alignment map

The final movement translates insight into observable micro-actions.

The client identifies a practical direction for the next thirty days.

This may include:

  • one seven-day micro-experiment
  • one small decision to practice differently
  • one daily authentic choice to notice
  • one relationship or work situation to approach with more honesty
  • one Observable Impact marker to track

The goal is not a dramatic change.

The goal is reviewable coherence.

Example 90-minute session flow

A standard RICDP-C™ session may follow this structure.

0–10 minutes — Safe field, human contract, and intention

The session begins with presence, scope, ethical boundaries, and the client’s intention.

The coach clarifies that the session is a coaching conversation, not therapy, diagnosis, or professional medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.

The client names what they would like to see more clearly by the end of the session.

This intention becomes the guiding point for the conversation.

10–25 minutes — Current story and Real layer

The client shares the current story, situation, decision, or tension.

The coach listens for:

  • roles
  • pressure
  • repeated patterns
  • authentic signals
  • areas of misalignment
  • energy drains
  • places where the client feels more alive

This phase connects the reflective intake with the client’s living narrative.

25–55 minutes — R.A.R.E™ reflective journey

The conversation moves through the R.A.R.E™ lens:

Real — What is actually happening?
Authentic — What feels honest beneath the surface?
Relevant — What matters in this context?
Evolving — What is asking to grow or change responsibly?

The R.A.R.E™ lens helps the client move from surface description toward deeper awareness, without pressure, judgment, or forced interpretation.

55–75 minutes — Rare Inner Code mirroring and initial Code Sheet

The coach reflects emerging themes, values, tensions, authentic moments, and possible Rare Inner Code language.

The client begins shaping an initial Rare Inner Code expression.

This may become the foundation of a concise Rare Inner Code Sheet, including:

  • an initial Rare Inner Code statement
  • key values
  • authentic moments
  • repeated patterns
  • core YES commitments
  • core NO boundaries
  • early signs of alignment and misalignment

The Code Sheet is not a label.

It is a living reflection for practice.

75–85 minutes — Seven-day micro-experiment and 30-day alignment map

The client defines a seven-day micro-experiment and a simple thirty-day alignment direction.

This may include one small action, one decision, one conversation, one boundary, or one practice that makes inner clarity visible.

The focus is not perfection.

The focus is on movement from insight into practice.

85–90 minutes — Golden Insight and next step

The session closes with one central insight, one decision point, and one next responsible action.

The client leaves with a clearer relationship to the next step.

The session ends by naming what will be practiced, observed, or reviewed after the conversation.

Possible post-session deliverables

Depending on the session context, the client may receive:

  • a concise Rare Inner Code Sheet
  • an initial Rare Inner Code statement
  • a summary of key insights
  • a written 30-day alignment map
  • one seven-day micro-experiment
  • one Observable Impact marker
  • optional written or audio reflection from the coach
  • optional follow-up after approximately thirty days

These deliverables support reflection and accountability.

They are not clinical documents, diagnoses, or fixed identity statements.

The 30-day alignment practice

After the session, the client may continue with a simple 30-day alignment practice.

This practice helps the client track:

  • one authentic choice each day
  • the feeling that followed that choice
  • the level of alignment with Inner Rare Authenticity
  • one weekly reflection
  • one small correction for the next week

The practice is designed to make clarity observable.

It helps the client notice whether the Rare Inner Code is becoming visible in daily choices, relationships, work, and responsibility.

What RICDP-C™ is not

RICDP-C™ is not therapy.

It is not psychotherapy.

It is not psychiatric care.

It is not a clinical diagnosis.

It is not medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice.

It is not a crisis intervention.

It does not promise healing, success, income, performance, transformation, or any guaranteed outcome.

If a client needs medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, financial, or clinical support, they should consult an appropriately qualified professional.

Ethical positioning

RICDP-C™ is built on a simple ethical principle:

Clarity should not create pressure.

The protocol is designed to support reflection, not dependency.

It helps the client see more clearly, but the client remains responsible for interpretation, decisions, actions, and outcomes.

The work is meaningful only when insight becomes responsible practice.
