Global Rare Impact Coaching | GRIC™

A structured coaching architecture for Inner Rare Authenticity, Rare Inner Code discovery, decision clarity, and responsible action

Global Rare Impact Coaching — GRIC™ — is the coaching-specific extension of The Global Rare Impact Theory — GRIT™.

It translates the core movement of GRIT™ into a structured, reflective, non-therapeutic coaching architecture.

At the center of GRIC™ is one practical question:

How can a person return to Inner Rare Authenticity and allow that clarity to shape the next decision?

GRIC™ is not designed as motivation.

It is not therapy.

It is not diagnosis.

It is not advice-giving.

It is a structured coaching space for self-awareness, reflection, decision clarity, and responsible action.

What GRIC™ is

GRIC™ works with the distance between:

the life a person is performing

and

the inner truth they may be ready to live from.

It helps the client explore roles, patterns, pressures, repeated choices, avoided decisions, values, authentic moments, and the deeper origin from which current decisions are being made.

The aim is not to force transformation.

The aim is to help a person see more clearly:

Where am I living from?

What role am I performing?

What decision has been shaped by pressure rather than clarity?

What part of my life looks coherent from the outside but feels misaligned inside?

What would become visible if I returned to my Rare Inner Code?

The role of the coach

In GRIC™, the coach is not a therapist, rescuer, judge, guru, or authority over the client’s life.

The coach acts as:

  • a reflective mirror
  • a deep listener
  • a conversation architect
  • a structured inquiry partner
  • a facilitator between lived experience and the GRIT™ framework

The coach does not label the client.

The coach does not tell the client who they are.

The coach helps the client see, name, and test what may already be emerging from within.

The client remains responsible for their own interpretation, decisions, actions, and life context.

The Rare Inner Code

A central construct within GRIC™ is the Rare Inner Code — RIC™.

The Rare Inner Code is not a personality type.

It is not a fixed identity label.

It is not a slogan.

It is a living and evolving configuration of awareness, values, lived experience, meaning, and contribution potential.

In coaching, the Rare Inner Code becomes a reflective compass.

It helps the client begin naming what feels true beneath pressure, fear, imitation, and borrowed roles — and how that truth may become visible in one practical next step.

From insight to decision

GRIC™ does not treat clarity as complete when it remains only an insight.

In GRIC™, clarity becomes meaningful when it begins to shape a decision.

A conversation may create awareness.

But the deeper question is:

What changes in the next seven or thirty days?

This is why GRIC™ connects reflection with practice.

Depending on the session context, the client may leave with:

  • an initial Rare Inner Code statement
  • a clearer view of current roles and pressures
  • a map of repeated patterns
  • core YES commitments
  • core NO boundaries
  • one seven-day micro-experiment
  • a thirty-day alignment map
  • one Observable Impact marker to watch

These outputs are reflective tools.

They are not clinical conclusions, fixed identities, or guaranteed outcomes.

RICDP-C™: the coaching protocol

The main practice architecture within GRIC™ is:

RICDP-C™ — Rare Inner Code Discovery Protocol, Coaching Edition

RICDP-C™ is a structured coaching pathway designed to help a person reflect on roles, lived experience, values, authentic moments, repeated patterns, decision pressure, and the early expression of their Rare Inner Code.

It is designed as a bounded coaching process.

It is not a therapeutic protocol.

It does not diagnose.

It does not promise transformation.

It creates a safe, reflective, structured field where a person can see more clearly and choose more responsibly.

Who GRIC™ is for

GRIC™ may be relevant for:

  • reflective leaders
  • founders and entrepreneurs
  • coaches and consultants
  • professionals in transition
  • people facing meaningful life or work decisions
  • individuals seeking deeper alignment between identity, work, leadership, and contribution
  • organizations interested in ethical leadership, decision coherence, and responsible growth

GRIC™ is especially relevant when someone is not only asking:

What should I do next?

But also:

From where inside myself am I about to decide?

What GRIC™ is not

GRIC™ is not therapy.

It is not psychotherapy.

It is not psychiatric, medical, legal, financial, or clinical advice.

It is not crisis intervention.

It is not a promise of healing, success, income, performance, or transformation.

It is a coaching architecture for self-awareness, reflection, decision clarity, ethical responsibility, and practical alignment.

If someone needs medical, psychological, legal, financial, or clinical support, they should consult an appropriately qualified professional.
